Full Refund Within First 30 Days

Lead Capture Page Boss offers a one hundred percent (100%) 30-day money back guarantee* for most customers. The thirty days begins on the date of account registration.

To obtain a full refund the customer/subscriber/client must cancel their subscription in writing (by email) to support@leadcapturepageboss.com before the 30-day grace period expires. An email must be sent to support@leadcapturepageboss.com with the subject line reading, 'cancel account'. Also, provide in the email body the reason for cancellation.

 

Client Responsibility In Account Cancellation

The customer/subscriber/client is responsible for cancelling their subscription with the Lead Capture Page Boss marketing system via the payment processor used to register the LCPB account. The payment processor is most commonly PayPal.

After the 30-day grace period you may cancel your subscription at anytime and no longer be billed. Given, it is your responsibility to manage your subscription with Lead Capture Page Boss and you agree and understand that all monthly billings are non-refundable.

Paid monthly invoices are non-refundable if out of the terms of the LCPB refund policy due to commissions being paid to company affiliates.

30 Day Refund Exception

* An exception that negates the 30-day full-refund is as follows.

If an email blast/broadcast of any nature is done during the 30-day grace period there will be no refund.

This no-refund policy, enforced on the practice to use a company for email sending, is to discourage the exploitation of the LCPB mail server and the LCPB ip address reputation.

LCPB is diligent to keep spam flags away from the LCPB system.
